Contact Information & Collection Policy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information at the time of ordering. Studio Mazzolino cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete details, including but not limited to email addresses, phone numbers, or names, which may prevent us from contacting you regarding your order.
Customers are also responsible for providing correct delivery details. Studio Mazzolino is not liable for deliveries that are unsuccessful, delayed, or delivered to an incorrect address as a result of inaccurate information supplied by the customer.
Orders placed for collection in store must be collected from the studio. Collection orders will not be delivered unless a delivery fee has been paid and delivery has been explicitly arranged in advance.
By placing an order with Studio Mazzolino, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for ensuring all contact and delivery details are correct.
