Shipping policy

Orders will not be delivered on days when the studio is closed unless an additional delivery fee has been paid and agreed in advance. Where delivery is arranged on a closed day, orders will be delivered either before studio opening hours or after, depending on logistics and availability.
We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time unless this has been requested and paid for in advance. Standard deliveries are scheduled within an estimated delivery window only.
