Cancellation policy
Floral Orders (Retail & Custom)
All floral purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed, due to the perishable nature of flowers and the advance sourcing required. This includes same-day orders, pre-orders, and custom designs. If you have an issue with your order, please contact the studio as soon as possible and we will assess the matter on a case-by-case basis.
Workshops & Classes
All workshop bookings are non-refundable.
Workshop places may be transferred to another date within a two-month period, subject to availability. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
Attendees arriving late to a workshop will not be eligible for a refund or partial refund.
Weddings & Events
All deposits paid for weddings and events are strictly non-refundable. Deposits secure your date and cover preparatory work carried out in advance, including consultations, design development, and sourcing.
If a booking is cancelled after the deposit has been paid, no refund will be issued. Any additional payments made may be subject to cancellation terms outlined in your individual contract.
Purchase Options
Where multiple purchase or payment options are offered (including deposits, staged payments, or full-payment discounts), all selections are final once confirmed. Discounts offered for full payment cannot be applied retrospectively if a booking is later cancelled.
