Terms of Service
Welcome to Studio Mazzolino. By placing an order, making a booking, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
General
All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Floral Products
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all floral sales are final once confirmed. We do not offer returns or refunds on floral products. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact the studio as soon as possible and we will assess the matter on a case-by-case basis.
Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed in writing. Where deposits are taken, these are non-refundable. Discounts for full payment cannot be applied retrospectively.
Workshops & Classes
All workshop bookings are non-refundable. Workshop places may be transferred to another date within a two-month period, subject to availability. No refunds will be given under any circumstances. Attendees arriving late to a workshop will not be eligible for a refund or partial refund.
Weddings & Events
All wedding and event bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date. This deposit covers preparatory work including consultations, design development, and sourcing. Cancellation after a deposit has been paid will not result in a refund.
Delivery & Collection
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details. Studio Mazzolino cannot be held responsible for failed or incorrect deliveries due to inaccurate information provided.
Orders marked for collection must be collected from the studio. Collection orders will not be delivered unless a delivery fee has been paid and agreed in advance.
Delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed unless a timed delivery has been booked and paid for. Deliveries on days when the studio is closed may incur an additional fee or be delivered outside standard opening hours.
Opening Hours
Our shop opening hours are Wednesday to Saturday. Tuesdays are available for pre-orders only. Opening hours may vary during peak periods or holidays and will be updated on our website and social media.
Liability
While we take every care to ensure the quality of our work, Studio Mazzolino cannot be held liable for issues arising from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, supply availability, or delays caused by third parties.
Intellectual Property
All images, content, and designs displayed on this website are the property of Studio Mazzolino and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Amendments
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
