Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of flowers being a perishable product, we do not offer returns or refunds on floral purchases. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact the studio as soon as possible and we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis.
Workshops & Classes
All workshop bookings are non-refundable. Any attendee arriving late to a workshop will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to all participants and to maintain the flow of the session.
Weddings & Events
All deposits paid for weddings and events are strictly non-refundable. Deposits secure your date in our diary and cover preparatory work carried out in advance, including consultations, design development, and sourcing.
